Firstly thanks to Storm Eowyn we had to request a second night at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and we able to accept us. We could then relax in comfort. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Food was good but what made the trip was the very high quality service from the staff. Friendly and helpful which was less than easy given the weather! They should all be congratulated and thanked! We also enjoyed the superb swimming pool and sauna! Handy for where we wanted to be and relaxed for our enforced longer stay. It made it a delight

Check in guy was good sorry dont have a name but he said "amazin" a fair bit. Nice pint in the bar, allbeit still a little expensive £6.50 a pint. Nice room (325). Someone could have mentioned that if a resident of the hotel wants any different kinds of eggs as opposed to cold scrambled eggs at breakfast, the request must be made before 9 o'clock that morning. Even though breakfast is served till 10.30!!
