I was told it mat be that the battery was dead (You would still be able to lock the door from the inside, but that was not the case) Having small children sleeping on the level that the door did not lock was not comforting. And the issue was not resolved during our stay. The pool table had 4 sticks but only one with a tip that was useable (small detail but we could crack all the balls using the other...

"We had a wonderful stay here. Upon entering, we were welcomed with a tidy living room, kitchen clean and fresh flowers. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer available and though we brought our own detergent, they did have some available. There were plenty of towels available to us, a family of 6. The bedrooms are small, but there was enough room to fit us all and even blankets, sheets. The outside was beautiful to look at with the changing leaf colors and the garden area out the kitchen...
