It’s a well kept and clean resort .. there’s just things that needs improvement..
- check in could’ve been better, like having guests stay in an air conditioned room for signing documents and explaining about the resort . Instead , the lobby has no air conditioning and you’re exhausted and tired from traveling and the heat was unbearable..
- my husband got sick on our first day , called for room service since we can’t go out due to his situation and line was busy for 2 hours , we didnt had any meals from 12 noon til 430pm .. didn’t get any help even front desk phone was busy . Had to walk outside the heat to seek for help and look for the doctor . Good thing boutique person was able to get a hold of the doctor .
- all inclusive meal plan could be laid out better , certain cocktails isn’t included , like daiquiris and margaritas are included and how come sex on the beach drink isn’t ? Presentation of paid bar drinks was very good while all inclusive drinks they just shove it on a glass and put straw on it . Special dinners or themed dinners aren’t included on your all inclusive as well and it ranges from 60-80$ per person and it’s really nothing special.
Room service isn’t included as well on your all inclusive .
On the other hand , the service on ocean restaurant is amazing ! The omelette station cooks are phenomenal and so does the women that hosts the restaurant. Viu bar -Johir bartender was very good and so does Arif on the wave bar ..
