"No AC and we couldn't have more than one fan per unit even though we had two rooms. We asked for an extra fan, were told we'd get one but didn't. Was impossible to sleep because of heat and extremely loud noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay at all. The cleaning stafd were very nice though."

"Around 20 mins from the city centre, and another 20 mins from Brasov Trainstation. Was very clean, cosy, and came with aircon/heater. Shower was good, and came with some shampoo and body wash. Albeit quite small. The room also had a TV and fridge. But the room was very affordable and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again if I was in Brasov."

First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)"

We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. "After a long drive we arrived at the Stop Hotel. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. Even before we checked in she let us know that the AC in rooms does not work due to excessive outside heat. She went above and beyond to help and come up with solutions to keep us cool during the stay. Overall stay was great minus the AC issue which is unfortunate but beyond that the hotel personnel was friendly and rooms were decent. "
