"No AC and we couldn't have more than one fan per unit even though we had two rooms. We asked for an extra fan, were told we'd get one but didn't. Was impossible to sleep because of heat and extremely loud noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay at all. The cleaning stafd were very nice though."

First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)"

We got a room for 1 day, the room's AC did not work, eventually the room got very hot and uncomfortable; we had to sit with the door open because the hallway was cooler than our room. When we let the staff know about the AC, they told us "well, it isnt hot outside", did not switch us rooms or even offer any compensation for the inconvenience. "Unfortunately, we were only in the room for less than 8 hours and that was mostly to sleep so we didn't get to enjoy this very nice and spacious hotel room. The champagne was a very nice treat, thank you! If you are looking for any suggestions, you might want to consider adding a full-length mirror. Only having one mirror in the whole apartment/hotel can be tough with two people. Also, you might want to consider adding a magnifying vanity mirror in the bathroom like other fine hotels provide....

"After a long drive we arrived at the Stop Hotel. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart. Even before we checked in she let us know that the AC in rooms does not work due to excessive outside heat. She went above and beyond to help and come up with solutions to keep us cool during the stay.
