"We had a fantastic time with five ladies from across the country to celebrate two 50th birthdays. The place was fantastic – the kitchen was great for cooking a meal and for coffee in the morning. Plenty of space to spread out & the beds were comfortable!!!! We had a minor issue with the showerheads being scaled with water. "We’ve stayed in several rentals in Guerneville but this was one of our favorites to spend time with family. Can’t recommend it enough and hope to be back! Perfect amenities with everything we needed for a great weekend. We noticed that the stoppers in the bathroom sinks were missing. We worried about dropping something down the drain. Maybe some blackout curtains in the master bedroom would be helpful. "

"Neon Fish is an absolutely beautiful private home right on the ocean with amazing views of the ocean and cliffs. My husband and I stayed there for our 30th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. It was mesmerizing watching the waves crash into the rocks, and we enjoyed the visits from the deer. Our only cons on the home is we wish it had king sized beds instead of queens and more options on comfortable seating on the deck overlooking the ocean. "Our family stayed at the twin peaks, renting both units. The setting was tranquil and the best place we have stayed in Lake County. This place is a true get away and well stocked with kitchen cookware. There is ample room and beds for a group. We stayed during some cold and wet weather and there was plenty of heat sources to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable."

"This was nice location, right next to the highway 101. Check-in process was easy. Comfortable place to stay. However the pullout couch wasn't good quality - gave me back pain. It said, take trash out when leaving, but we weren't sure where to throw the trash bag. "

"This property is great for lots of reasons- view, close to beach, hot tub. I gave a 4-star rating because we stayed there last thanksgiving and I told the manager that the gas cooktop was not working properly. Burners would not stay on and were impossible to adjust. She thanked me for this. We rented again this thanksgiving and were really bummed that the gas cooktop was exactly the same! Very challenging for a family of cooks! If you don’t plan to cook the house is great."
