"The Cabins at Monkey Falls are wonderful! You feel like you are in the middle of the jungle, but in reality, are super close to a lot of amazing destinations; you can easily access Xunantunich, San Ignacio, or the Mountain Pine Ridge. Our cabin was perfect, the staff (especially Rose!) are amazing, and the food at their small restaurant was delicious...we've been coming to Belize for many years and Rose made the best stewed chicken with rice & beans we've ever had! "This house in Santa Elena is so cool! Our family of 5 stayed here for three nights. The house itself is well maintained, very spacious and clean. The views around the property are gorgeous and the surroundings are lush and so peaceful. We had Consuelo cook for us one nights and it was the best as she prepared food and cleaned up everything after. We got to relax after a long day. And Consuelo is so sweet and helpful. They greeted me with a warm welcome and were extremely helpful in area familiarization. Their cabanas are beautiful and clean and provide the best view in the city. "The hotel is in downtown San Ignacio which was very convenient for me as I didn’t rent a car. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The tour company I used, Maya Walk tours, was literally a one minute walk away. Nice clean hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Small pool to take a dip in on the hot days. No elevator so if you have mobility issues you might keep that in mind. Perfect for my stay. "

"Lovely view from the hilltop. Our cabana was close to all amenities but they are all on a hillside. The pools were nice. Good wifi. Tasty food. We had to ask for hangers and a hair dryer. There was no safe. We loved the screen room with hammock. Would have liked coffee in the room. Be sure to see the C.P. Mayan site right next door. The hotel offers tours which are not to be missed. "

"Gaia was a wonderful place to enjoy the jungle side of Belize. The staff was very responsive and assisted me with transfer from Belize City and back. There was an extra charge for this service. Check in was a breeze and the rooms are very comfortable. Hector at the front desk made arrangements for tours and spa and transportation, Freddy and Demor and Darren were perfect servers and went above and beyond! The resort is lucky to have them. The space down by the waterfall for sunning, dining and spa is so peaceful! Coco, the resort dog, accompanied me on a walk to Big Rock Falls too! It was a lovely stay. I cannot wait to come back some time."
