Enjoyed 3 days gathering here, lots to do- ping pong, pool, corn holes and even kayaking and paddle board. The weather cooperated as we were outside a lot and then enjoyed s'mores around the fire pit!

Overall, the property was just as pictured and we had a good time. The walk down to the water was a bit more steep than we realized but it was completely doable. Having a paddle board and kayaks available for us to use was nice!

Yearly family trip
Every year, all of my brothers and sisters, their kids, my kids, our spouses and our parents go on a family trip. We decided to try somewhere new this year and the house and property did not disappoint. There was so much to do at the house and, we enjoyed our days on the water, kayaking and paddle boarding. Gorgeous lake house!!
This property was amazing and exactly what my group wanted for our stay. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Fun Lake trip!
Our family of four went with another family of four and had a blast. Plenty of room! The dock was awesome with a covered space and uncovered space, seating and paddleboards to use. We rented a boat for two days and tubed all over the river...so pretty!

Fantastic lake home in TN!
Ten of us stayed at Chickamauga Lake and had a wonderful time. The home easily accommodated our group and all the living spaces are well appointed. The lake/river is fantastic and it’s so handy to have kayaks, paddle boards, and the pontoon boat on-site. Grocery stores are a short drive away, so it’s quite easy to stock up and fully enjoy lake life.

Beautiful home and amazing views! Only complaint is lots of fire ants in the grassy areas (several of us got bitten). Welcome to the South I suppose! Otherwise a perfect place! We will definitely return!

This property is an amazing one! Anytime you have questions, Mr. Tim always responds within minutes. This house was perfect for our big bunch and was more than we expected. Just a 15 minute drive to town, which is not bad at all. Everything you need is here. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
