Located right on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, Sunset on the Bank is your perfect Finger Lakes home base for sipping, exploring, and relaxing.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire home, both indoors and out, with easy self-check-in. Please note, the property sits on a steep bank, and reaching the dock requires navigating 30 steps.
The Neighborhood:
Set along Seneca Lake, Waterside is part of a quiet, friendly neighborhood with year-round residents. While peaceful and private, you're still close to restaurants, wineries, and local attractions. ⚠️ Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, as per local town regulations.
Getting Around:
A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.
Other Things to Note:
➡️ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and any outdoor smoking must be done away from the house.
➡️ Boats cannot be docked at the property
➡️ Parking – **PARKING INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY SPECIFIC** Please contact us prior to booking if you have any questions
➡️ Seasonal Cottage – This property does not have heat and is best suited for warmer months.
➡️ Pet-Friendly – Pets are welcome, but a pet fee applies. Please inform us in advance if you're bringing a pet.
➡️ Quiet Hours – As this is a residential area, quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM are strictly enforced. Please be mindful of our year-round neighbors.
➡️ Railroad Crossing – Trains pass infrequently without a set schedule and are not required to sound their horn. Please stop and look both ways when crossing the tracks.
➡️ Rental Agreement – Guests must sign Get Red-y Vacations' guest rental agreement before check-in.
➡️ The fire pit and kayaks are for guest use at their own risk.
➡️ Camera at the property entrance for your safety
