To the right of the living room is the hallway that leads to three bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub. An open and bright Florida room is just off the living room, and leads directly out to the lakeside of the house.
Seneca Sunsets has abundant outdoor living space, with two sitting areas above the water and a 4 person hot tub overlooking the lake. A concrete patio reaches across the entire lakefront portion of the property, with just a few steps down to the natural beach and water's edge. Kayaks are available for guests' enjoyment, as well as a boat hoist! Water depth is gradual, so this home is ideal for children and adults alike.
