It's also relatively close to downtown Ligonier, which has several different restaurants to scope out if you're willing to drive a little. "Rented the Country Cabin. First, loved the location as it sits back from the main road. Very quiet, wooded and secluded. The cabin was exceptionally clean It was in “new” condition. "This is a comfortable, small house on a gravel road in the woods near Blue Mountain State Park. Kitchen is well furnished. Property manager Tori was very helpful when we couldn't figure out how to switch from a/c to heat. A great back deck with shade from big trees. Mostly quiet--an occasional car goes by on a bigger road nearby, and one afternoon there was target practice or fire crackers. A good place to relax and get away, but the wifi works if you want to be connected."

"Our family loved our stay in this perfect, cozy mountaintop retreat. The location can't be beat as it is literally the closest home to Laurel Mountain Ski Resort. The place had everything you need for a great time away, including wonderful little touches such as the wood stove being prepped for a fire upon our arrival. The owners' communication was exceptional from checkin throughout our stay. We are already in the process of booking another stay at this lovely cabin."
