"The hotel was beautiful as a castle should be. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. A couple friends and I were hiking the Rhine River trail and it was an amazing splurge! The restaurant was delicious and the museum was fascinating. We were even able to have afternoon tea."

"We checked into to the hotel on Sunday, October 1st after a 5 hour drive. The self check-in worked fine and we retreived our key. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that the room had not be cleaned from the prior guest. The sheets were dirty, there were pizza boxes in the trash, the towel were wet, and there was hair in the shower pan. "Up in the mountainside surrounded by forest lays this beautiful monastery. We visit the monastery, tried the local wine and had dinner at the restaurant. It had a great view and it was silent and nice. Our room was clean and nice and the beds comfortable. We definitely want to come back again!"

"Was so quiet we could not believe it . And there was a full moon . Good to get away from it all Staff delightful . Slow internet so enjoy the peacefulness. Great breakfast! Had a shower head malfunction but we fixed ourselves. Would have liked a few more signs on road to get there. Not all rooms have kitchen or Cabnets . Need to let owner know if can’t do stairs .( 4 people master in loft with attic stairs )"

"Excellent, clean and fanctional medium-sized room & complete ensuite for 1 or 2 pers. Easy check-in process and helpful staff. Occasional but very minor noise from road traffic / train outside but not an issue. With backpack / luggage: only a 15 min walk to Koblenz Hbf. Only a 7 min walk to the SW edge of 'Old Town'. And excellent hotel: thank you! "

"Buses right in front of the property. Easy to get groceries too! There’s a mall across the street — good for some quick shopping. Love the convenience to get food nearby and even some drinks by the hotel lobby. Toilet sliding door can be smoother. The damaged marks on the walls are evident. Other than that, love it! "

3-Story, 2-bd, 2-bath conveniently located in Boppard.

"The house was a perfect place to spread out and relax, while exploring the Rhine by car and boat. The paid parking lot was very convenient to the lodging (once we discovered the shortcut under the road and up some stairs). We didn’t take advantage of the sauna or the jacuzzi tub, but the washer and full kitchen was perfect. I was surprised to find that the bed on the top floor was a waterbed—I slept like a baby. Bring your own toiletries. Beds are on upper floors using a spiral staircase. The bathroom with the shower is on the ground floor. The bathroom with the tub is on the middle floor. This was not an issue for us, but good to know. It was a short walk to the river to take the boat or car ferry. Excellent alternative to a hotel."
