"The staff was amazing!!! Our room ended up being smaller than we expected and the staff was super friendly and willing to help us out and offer us a bigger room. It’s the perfect location with so many option right when you walk out of the hotel. The streets are full of people and they close the streets to allow people to walk around and it feels super safe. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!"

"I had no problem with the hotel stay, however I used the valet, that was different story. The property uses a third party I believe it’s Ace. After checking out, after getting home, I noticed damage to my Range Rover bottom right bumper. Called the hotel, that’s when they told me they use a third party for valet, gave me their phone number. I called, no answer, left a message. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received a call from them. Note to myself, inspect your vehicle before leaving the...
