"Love! The staff was the best! We were celebrating my daughter's 17th b'day / Christmas with first trip to NYC. The experience from the moment we walked in the door was awesome with personal touches. Also enjoyed the credits that could be used for food, tours, use of instant camera with film, etc. Great location to get around and see the sites. We'll be back!"

"The hotel has a nice decoration, different from the others, very modern, it is well located, the staff is very friendly, especially Mr. David in the lobby is very nice and always tries to help us. The rooms are very comfortable, super clean, very well attended by the house keepers, the service is excellent."
