The apartment extends to approximately 120 square meters. From the large living room with flat screen TV you have a magnificent view of the entire Wetterstein massif with the Zugspitze and Alpspitze. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen. 6 adults can feel completely comfortable here.
The apartment is on the 2nd Floor. An underground parking space is reserved for them.
You live in the historic Ludwigstrasse in the center of Partenkirchen.

Perfect location for a stay in GaPa
This lovely apartment, with its balconies overlooking the surrounding Alps, is in the historic Ludwigstrasse, where a lot happens, both spontaneous and planned. From this street there is easy access to the hiking areas.

Wonderful for a group!
What a wonderful apartment! It’s right in tbe old town of Partenkirchen and surrounded by restaurants and cafes/bakeries. It was quite large and plenty warm during a very cold weekend. All of the bedrooms do have doors. Two spacious bathrooms, one with a bathtub perfect for kids. The underground parking was quite low and tight, and we couldn’t fit our van in. But there is plenty of free overnight street parking.

Great location
We arrived at the assigned key handover point about a half hour late. By that time, they had left instructions to obtain the keys. The process was smooth. Due, in part, to some sort of reading comprehension problem on my part and some pretty obstructive construction going on next to the building, it took a while to find our designated parking spot. We were unaware of the additional tax due on arrival, but it wasn’t onerous and they were gracious while we sorted all that out. Since we had a car, we did not look into the public transportation. It’s pretty close to a lot of cool stuff. We visited Neuschwanstein, Linderhof, the Zugspitze, the bakery that’s down the block and open at 6am, and random stuff that we saw while out driving around. It was quiet, we felt safe here, and we enjoyed our stay.

Gemütlich und Mittendrin
Wir waren mit Freunden in diesem wunderschönen Apartment in Partnenkirchen. Für zwei - drei Parteien war die Wohnung perfekt. Die Inneneinrichtung war neu und die Wohnung sauber, alles was man braucht war da. Außerdem waren Wanderwege, Ausflüge und die Garmischer Innenstadt meist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Ausblick von den Balkonen auf die Berge war großartig !! Immer wieder gerne in dieser Wohnung :)

Gut mit einigen kleinen Macken
Lage ist sehr gut. Nur Nachts nervt der Verkehr. Ist aber nicht tragisch. Man muss halt die Fenster schließen. Sauberkeit der Wohnung war Top. Was uns noch aufgefallen ist das einige Sachen in der Wohnung nicht montiert oder nicht richtig montiert sind (Abfalleimer, Steckdosen, Randleisten). Ein kleines Abenteuer ist auch das Parkhaus das sehr eng ist. Nichts desto trotz würde ich die Wohnung weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt war auch sehr angenehm.
