"The 2nd Street Retreat was absolutely perfect. The host thought of everything - the kitchen was stocked nicely, linens and towels were nice quality and clean, wonderful quiet location. You can tell through the details that they care, from the available umbrella, bike shed with key, board games, cute soap dish, shades on door windows, organic soaps, complimentary snacks, the list goes on. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The unit was overall nice, I was a bit let down upon arrival. I arrived later in the evening, the porch light didnt work, the door handle was not completely attached to the door. Upon my arrival inside, it was cold. I will I stayed on one of the coldest days of the year, and the one unit was set to 69 heat, but the other was on 69 cool, so it took some time to room the bedroom up. "We came to Rogers for a wedding and found this great little carriage house. The place was modern with free WiFi and had tons of charm. The hostess had gone the extra mile with all her special touches. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. Some of our favorite things were the phenomenal shower and super comfy bed! We’ve already decided that when we come again we will book this place for sure!"

"We enjoyed our stay, used the firepit and watched the bikers on the trail. Slept well in the quiet neighborhood listening to the roaring winds. Bentonville square is "under construction" and sadly losing it quaint vibes with modern architecture but shops and food still great. For the price, would have liked to have bikes available for guests and the cleaning fees are high."

"Highly satisfied with this location - the owners are very communicative and this had some of the best amenities we have ever experienced at a location - coffee, snacks, drinks, etc. Everything is fully stocked - kitchen, linens, bathroom products, etc. The suite is beautiful, open with a grand view of historic Eureka. The location is walking distance to the local shops, eateries, etc. Overall, very satisfied and no complaints regarding the visit! "

"Sherwood Cottage is the prime location for any activities near Eureka Springs. The distance to hike locations, Eureka Springs downtown, and really amazing restaurants was great. The cottage was adorable, clean, well kept and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our trip. Patrick the owner gave us a tour of the property prior to letting us stay and was friendly and informative. This place was amazing and if we decided to visit Eureka Springs again. We'll be staying at Sherwood Cottage...

"This property was so beautiful and welcoming. It was a very comfortable home and had all the supplies one could ask for. You never know what the house will have for you. They thought of everything, enough toilet paper, fire wood, seasoning, coffee pods and more. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond when needed. We would definitely stay here again. We only had three people but it would have for a another family too comfortably."

"Came to ride the curvy rodes of Arkansas so didn’t check out the lake at all. The communication from host was AMAZING. This house has the beds and baths. Roads are steep and there is gravel in spots as well as gravel in the driveway making this home unsafe for more novice riders."
