"We were very comfortable in this space. If only it was warmer and we could have had coffee on the patio. As is common in N California, the smell of mildew was very prevalent in the bathroom and bedroom, but it wasn't a deal breaker. But we loved being able to walk just down the street and walk the dunes and beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was easy to locate and a good starting point for our visits with family."

"This was the perfect place for us to stay at while we were visiting the area. It was a central location to be able to do day trips to Eureka, Arcata, Trinidad and Fern Canyon. The house had everything we needed and a beautiful backyard. The street is pretty dark so be careful when driving. The listing is accurate. "The rental was great and clean for the most part. However, we did find mouse droppings on the counter and in the utensil and silverware drawers. They should probably be deep cleaned. "Our room was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable too. The bathroom was small but when ones stay at a Victorian Inn, it's not a big deal. The lobby and sitting room was beautiful, and loved the old telephone booths. We had to laugh as we grew up using it. We would stay again and tell our family and friends about our stay that it was perfect. "
