Wonderful Stay at the Seasar's Palace
My family really enjoyed our stay at the Seasar's Palace. The location is very convenient since the beach is a very short walk away. The iTrip staff were excellent. We had a little issue with the lock, but Jessica and her colleagues were very accommodation and they were always available for assistance. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

We rented this beach house for our son and his family over the Memorial Day weekend. This adorable and cozy little beach house was perfect! And, a view of the gulf? Yes please! The management company’s customer service was the icing on the cake.

Mini Getaway
The house was perfect for our 3 couples and 2 teens. Plenty of room. House was just painted, first thing we smelled, other than that house was good. Fridge did not close properly, but kept our food cold. Beds downstairs were super soft and comfortable. Sheets were cleaned and smelled good. The patio was perfect for eating and playing games. Outdoor shower was a life saver. Only thing I recommended is bring your off spray, the mesquitos were crazy especially by the stairs. We all enjoyed the house it was perfect for us, would def come back.

Smaller than thought. Outdoor shower and garage area wasn't set up or useable. Arriving in hot of summer with ac set to 80 was miserable and took forever for place to cool down. Felt place more suited for adults or older kids, and or not as many as stated. Showers pretty small. And was misleading on 200 in free activities.electric locks was awful and never worked like was supposed to. However place was cute, quiet and clean. Management was right on top of communication and the beach was really nice next to us, and porch area was pretty as well, however not a clear view of ocean.

Upstairs is quaint and cozy. Downstairs beds were not great, one specifically was bowed in middle and we were unable to sleep on. The charcoal grill had a leg that was rusted and fell over. Overall we enjoyed our stay though, really liked how quiet and calm the beach was and the neighborhood was quiet as well. Not too far from west end restaurants or from strand in opposite direction.

It was a great location, loved how easy it was to access the beach, run in for lunch and get back out there. However, the house was lacking in cleanliness. We found hair, dirty dishes, and even a used q-tip on the sink of the lower level sink. There was also very full and smelly trash cans that “greeted” us first thing when we walked up to the property: there were flies swarming around it which generously made there way up the the second floor and into the house. The trash was taken away and some point on Sunday and the helped tremendously with the flies. There was also trash in the yard and bottle caps in the outdoor shower and other things that could poke or hurt your feet. Overall we did have a good time but this property just needs some TLC and cleaning. Property management was very responsive and helpful.

Great stay for us
This home was great for us. There are some things that weren't great: the downstairs bed was broken, we were never able to get service on the downstairs TV, the patio door is very hard to open/close, and it isnt a fancy place. It is an older home and that shows, but for us, it was great. We had 8 people, including pre-teens, teens and adults...the location was perfect! The space for that many people was good, any more and it would have been too small. The living room space is small but worked for us because we were there for the beach and thats where we spent most of our time. The management folks were great and responded very quickly at all of our questions and needs. There is ample outside space to spend time if the weather permits and a super short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Mother's day family vacation
We had a rough start but a great time. The day we arrived severe storms had passed through and caused some elective issues on one wall of the house and knocked out the internet so we weren't able to get in the house. I called and they immediately got me in the house. The next morning, mother's day, they sent someone out to make sure the electrical issue was fixed and the locks were fixed. They were very pleasant and did not seem at all bothered to help me with the issues regardless of the time (it was 9pm when we had issues). It was clean, within walking distance to the beach and the neighbors I met were very nice. My family enjoyed our vacation and would rent this property again in the future. This was the most pleasant property owners I've dealt with renting in VRBO.

Cute Beach House
It was the perfect sized beach house for us. We had 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 9. The bedroom down stairs was perfect for my sister in law and her two boys. The laundry room was a life saver. We bought extra things like trash bags and toilet paper but really didnt need to use too much of it because the starter kit was plenty to get us through the 4 days. I would still suggest bringing your own just in case you need to take out more trash or dish pods to do more dishes. We grilled downstairs and ate dinner on the upstairs patio every night. The beach was within walking distance and never over crowded which we liked the most. We didn’t want it to be overly crowded like the beaches near the seawall especially during our 4th of July vacation. We have nothing bad to say! I would definitely recommend renting the beach house. Also they were so quick to respond when I had any questions. Customer service was great and we didn’t have any issues during our stay.
