This home has a private patio and plenty of shared amenities, including multiple pools, a hot tub, barbecue area, and a 24/7 fitness center. Inside you will be surrounded by the exquisite decor, multiple flatscreen TVs, comfy couches, a full kitchen, and plantation shutters throughout.

This vacation rental is located in the Dawn Condominiums, voted number one in Galveston for 2023! You'll be situated on Galveston's famous Seawall, and close to many local souvenir shops and restaurants. You'll also enjoy a prime location near the beach, right on the other side of Seawall Boulevard! Venture out for the day and enjoy some entertainment and rides at the Galveston Historic Pleasure Pier, just three miles up the coast.

Awesome Locarion

Get away
The place was nice but cleaning crew could have been better. The bed in the 2 nd bedroom needs legs to be tightened. It moves and shifts as you do through the night

Nice location, beautiful views
The space is easily accessible and beautiful condos. The amenities onsite are nice and the pool is fun. Easily accessible to local shopping, the seawall, and plenty of restaurants! The condo had some issues that were not properly addressed while we weee staying there and it smelled very musty.

Great Condo
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The condo was perfect location!! Right across the street from the beach and Wal-Mart is also right across the street which is great if you forget something. The weather was a bit cooler so we really enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend this condo.

Vacation getaway
We loved the property. There are 2 large pools and 1 hot tub. Our condo faced the ocean and we could walk across the street to the beach. It was conveniently located to restaurants, grocery store etc. Property was very clean and comfy. We will be back.

Great Location and Check-in Process
Everything was great. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, and balcony overlooking the beach. You might bring blankets, though, if you’re cold-natured.

Perfect!!
We had a wonderful stay!! The place was absolutely awesome! Great neighbors!! Owners son was there to help with all questions/concerns. But it was perfrct!! Clean, quiet and a great location. Would definitely stay again!! Very safe and wonderful furnishings!! Absolutely NOTHING bad to say!! Loved the 2 king sized beds!!

Unbeatable Location
My teenage son and I stayed for a long weekend at this lovely 2 bed/2 bath first floor condo. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but overall we had a fantastic stay. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk across the street and we were playing in the ocean.

Clean and cozy
We enjoyed the stay, and it was close to the facility we had to go back and forth to several times a day. Even though we didn't spend much time or use anything in the condo it was nice to have a "home like" environment after a long day.

Relaxing getaway :)
This condo was the perfect getaway for me and my husband! The view of the beach was great, the resort like pools were relaxing, and it was so quiet and peaceful within the property. The people at Vacasa were very responsive with any questions I had or any concerns. The only issue we ran into was with the fridge/freezer. It wasn’t working right. We did report it and although it didn’t get fixed within our stay, they did send someone out to try and fix it! We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Condo
This was a very comfortable and clean condo with everything we needed for our stay. Spacious, tons of closet space. Comfortable furniture, leather/clean. Right across from the beach, just a short walk to the corner to use the crosswalk safely and to the steps down to the sand. Condo was quiet still even being on the seawall. Wonderful private patio with a view! Heated pool near this condo unit, it was a colder weekend when we stayed - it was a little chilly for the adults, but the kids were fine and still swam every day!

It is nice and quiet
It is nice and quiet. I loved how you could see the beach from the bedroom. It was very clean as well. Only complaint I had is there is a coffee maker with no pot. I had to go buy a coffee maker just to have coffee. But other than that it was great.

Nice vacation rental
The condo is roomy and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the washing machine would not turn on and there was no bedding for the futon. There were extra pillows in the closets but no pillow cases. Otherwise the place was perfect and we loved our stay here.

Nice condo and area
The condo was nice and comfortable. We however found it dark. We mentioned it to Vacasa but nothing was ever done. The pools were great, only one was heated but no problem. Close to the beach and everything the area had to offer. We would never stay in another property managed by Vacasa.

Good place next to beach
We love this stay there are few things needs to be improved at this location. There should be extra few blankets missing and water from refrigerator was shut off, so no drinking water other then tap water. You need to bring your own drinking water bottles to avoid drinking tap water

Quiet restful get away
Dawn Condominiums have a very accessible location and everything you need close by. The beach in front of the property is wide and has a fishing pier nearby. Grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and attractions are within a short distance. The property has a very attractive clubroom and pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the lawn right outside our condo, The Perfect Dawn #214. The condo is very comfortable and smartly decorated. The manager, Andy, is very friendly, responsive and helpful.

Dawn Condominiums 214!
The condo itself is big enough for up to 5 comfortably, nice pool, great area and right across from the beach. TVs in each bedroom and living room were nice and furniture in good shape and comfortable! We had a number of problems including a Texas size dead roach in the Master Bedroom, the mirror and the lights were pretty dusty! The microwave was very loud, toaster did not work, the refrigerator did not stay cold enough to put perishables in and the freezer was not working enough to keep ice cream from melting. The sliding glass door to the patio came off track and was fixed once however came off again after a couple times of opening and closing. I would not stay there again unless the issues above were addressed!

Sliding patio door wouldn't lock, patio door/window wasn't fully covered. Contacted Vacasa several times and were promised responses and callbacks that never happened. Finally saw contact number for local rep and she sent repair person over quickly... but it was almost 48 hours later. Will not use Vacasa again.

Bedding wasn’t changed before we got there. Nasty coffee pot. No laundry detergent. A cockroach in the bathroom. Curtains don’t cover doors. No garbage bags. No extra toilet paper. Garbage under sofa.

Afraid for our safety
The neighbor unit had an eviction going on during our stay. We were afraid for our safety in case the neighbors would come back. Owner of the neighbor unit had broken mirrors and furniture blocking our path as we walked out of our unit on the floor and had to ask them to clear a path for us to get out of our unit. The lock on their door had been broken into and we were afraid of retaliation of our unit as well. The beds were not swept underneath. I found gold fish snacks and you you could see dust under the bed where they didnt reach far enough with the broom or mop. We registered through Home Away or Home to Go not sure which one which charged us a fee as well as VRBO charged another fee. I had several questions before our stay and was not able to receive answers from them. I was told I could not have the management on location's phone number and they were not able to call them directly. They would not accept American Express!!
