You are welcomed by the sound of the waves as soon as you walk onto the property, a truly heart-warming experience. The stairs leading to the main deck give you a full view of the beach. The wrap around deck gives you ample space to sunbathe or watch the waves roll onto shore. The deck has seating for 17 including a covered area with couch, an amazing bar, and a large outdoor dining table that seats 8. One of the unique things about this home is how forward it is to the beach relative to its adjacent neighbors. This allows for true 180-degree, uninterrupted views of ocean, beach and dunes making this property’s location a rare and envious one among Galveston beachfront homes.

From the moment you walk in, the large windows bring in natural light and make this home feel bright and cheerful. The open floor plan offers an airy feel to the clean, beachy décor of the home. The living room and dining areas provide ample seating for everyone. opposite the living room is a bedroom with a king bed and its own private exit to the main deck. There is a full bathroom beside it. The second level has a master king room with an added daybed and trundle. The Tempur-Pedic king is one small example of the high-end finishes provided for your comfort. The master has a private balcony and beautiful views of the water through the large windows. It has a master bath with double sinks, a jetted tub and a large walk-in closet. Down the hall, there is a room with a queen bed and a shared balcony with the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom is a paradise for kids and teens. There is a pyramid bunk (twin on top of full) and a bunk bed (twin on top of twin). The second level also has a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and a large full bath.

Ground Level: Picnic Table; Outdoor Shower Main Level: Hot and Cold. Open concept living room, dining, and kitchen; TV and DVD in the living room. Master Bedroom has a King bed and deck access. Upstairs: Master Bedroom 2 has a King bed, daybed with trundle, and master bath with a jetted tub. Private deck access. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, shared balcony with 4th bedroom. Bedroom 4 features a Pyramid Bunk (1 Twin, 1 Full) and a bunk bed (twin over twin). There is an additional shared hallway bathroom.

Location: 13.4-mile drive to 61st Street; 17.4-mile drive to 25th & Strand; 13.4 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Notes: No pets. No garage access but there is a ground level closet offering guests use of owner’s beach chairs and beach toys.
