"I booked on Expedia at around 8 pm, got to the property at about 8:20. The office door was closed and locked. Sign said the office was staffed until 9 pm, and had a number to call after hours. I called the number and got no answer and a recording said the voice mailbox was full and I couldn’t leave a message. I wasn’t sure what to do at that point so I waited outside to see if someone would show up. After 5-7 minutes, they did. They had been in the adjoining cafe next door and expected me to go there to check in. Just useful info for any others who have a similar experience. I had booked the suite, and it was fabulous. So I had a good experience once checked in."

" The room was nice,clean accessible and convenient. Very spacious. TV was not working and they sent maintenance right away and he fixed it. Breakfast was not bad. A little crowded around 7:30 but it still worked. Pool was nice, whirlpool tub in room was nice. "
