Hotel room and amenities are excellent but really is the hotel staff who make our travel experience complete. Particularly the spa and reception desk and the rest of staff from luggage handling and the ground floor personnel who help with our taxi cab arrival. "Great location and staff was very helpful and spoke English well. I stayed in the projector room and it was a fun and unique gimmick I haven't seen elsewhere. It essentially works like a Chromecast so you cast from your phone. I would stay there again but probably a bigger room. I was there with my partner and space was a little tight. Also the bed was a bit less comfortable than others during this trip."
