"My experience at this hotel was a pleasant one. We walked from the Shin station. We arrived early and they happily checked our bags in while we went to Team Lab for entertainment. They helped arrange a Taxi to Team Labs for us. When we arrived back to the hotel, the check process was easy, even though I do not speak Japanese. They were very friendly and spoke English. The room was really clean and had pajamas and slippers for all 3 of us. I really liked their soaking tub and rose bath salts. "

"The property is attached to a mall which caters for tax free shopping which is great. Also those who are card collectors there was a shop a few hundred meters on the river from the hotel. There is a water show each day the doesn’t finish until 10pm so it not a place to stay if you want quiet."

"Very nice hotel with good sized rooms (especially for a Japanese hotel) Only complaint is that concierge cannot help you with calls or reservations and the fridge was not on. I lost $30 of strawberries because there’s no sign that tells you the fridge is off"

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"I have enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and within close walking distance from Hakata station. The front desk receptionist (Ms Wan 溫) has performed excellent services for our stay. She is very pleasant; friendly and helpful and has met with our satisfaction. I am very impressed by her good attitude and she always show her enthusiasm to help and answer our questions with her best knowledge. A great hotel staff from the organization."

"I had a terrible experience. I arrived with three kids and my elderly parents, tired at 8 pm. There was no receptionist. The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime. I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by. "The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money. "

Good and Convenience

"Close to Hakata Station, just 5 to 10 minutes straight walk. Room was clean and specious, had washing machine, microwave, fridge, induction cooker. It's convenience for those who stay for longer period. The hotel won't provide daily clean up services if you're staying less than 6 nights. Staffs were helpful and polite, most of them can speak good English."
