"This property is self check in. There is no front desk and staff are few and far between. They are largely out of sight. We did not receive our entry code information 24 hours ahead as promised. Multiple calls and intervention through Expedia finally got us the information needed. Once we were in the room, the hassle was well worth it. Beautiful, spacious, and lots of amenities.
