"You could see (and hear!) the water from the balcony. Well situated, centrally located. But there was a scent (mold? mildew) in the kitchen, master bath and master bedroom closets that was impossible to cover (tho clearly, attempts had been made). Timing was unfortunate for us, too, since major construction was happening on the floor above the bedroom. "Good sized property for the four of us in our golf group. Two bathrooms and good space to relax inside and out. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants and in easy distance of many golf courses. "Very clean and well equipped apartment very close to Torreblanca train station and close to the beach. Communication with the Host Jon-Paul were excellent Full details about the local area were supplied along with details of the Key safe box for easy access to the property. "The photos on line are misleading. The apartment is extremely tired and grubby, leather furniture dirty with ingrained stains, kitchen needs updating especially worktop. Mattresses on beds have no comfort or support and are also grubby. Outside table and chairs covered in rust and cushions need replacing. Very noisy area. However view is amazing."

"The main reason for booking this apartment was having the use of it's own hot tub to relax in. When we went to use it we found that it was not working, Basically it was not hot. We contacted the hosts and the very quickly had an engineer on site.
