"We know the town very well and this apartment sits in a really great location for all the lovely restaurants and it’s an easy walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and bright. Great comfortable bed Lovely simple decor throughout. The kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast and very clean. Washer and dryer set up in bathroom which was great too . Highly recommend "

"The photos on line are misleading. The apartment is extremely tired and grubby, leather furniture dirty with ingrained stains, kitchen needs updating especially worktop. Mattresses on beds have no comfort or support and are also grubby. Outside table and chairs covered in rust and cushions need replacing. Very noisy area. However view is amazing."

Communication with the Host Jon-Paul were excellent Full details about the local area were supplied along with details of the Key safe box for easy access to the property. But there was a scent (mold? mildew) in the kitchen, master bath and master bedroom closets that was impossible to cover (tho clearly, attempts had been made).
