"Charged by Expedia. While checking in charged again. Was told the Nordic Inn did not deal with Expedia and I would have to contact Expedia get a refund. I explained my reservation was made by Expedia. Staff did not care and refused to contact the manager. Through persistence staff eventually contacted the manager and my card was refunded. "We loved our stay! It was the perfect place for us to get away from the chaos at a larger place that was rented nearby for the remainder of our extended family for Thanksgiving. Kitchen Aid mixer was a wonderful addition that allowed me to make some family favorites - particularly cinnamon rolls. With two kids, the included laundry was a lifesaver. Would definitely come back!"
