"This was my first trip to Jamaica and I chose Montego Bay. When searching I came across SeaGarden Resort and said this will be my location of stay. From the time I got out the shuttle I was greeted with nice people and big smiles. Claudia at the front desk check us in and realize it was by birthday weekend before I was able to tell her. Happy belated birthday Claudia she was 9-23. While checking us in she told us to go eat because it was lunch time. When we enter the dining we were greeted by Mr. Clayton and what a gem he is. Our entire stay Mr.Clayton treated me as if I was his family. Shantel and Charm was very helping with planning out our days and Damion was always sweet and willing to help whenever he is needed. I can tell the staff enjoy working for this company. Lastly Mr. Dwight was so nice and helpful what a great leader. He doesn’t just delegate task, but also helps out his team. Overall my stay was wonderful, but the reason I would come back and stay at the resort is Mr.Clayton. "

While I’m giving the resort a full 5 stars for its location, amenities, and value, there were a few areas that could use improvement. First, the good: the beaches are absolutely stunning. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy water activities, there’s something for everyone. The resort grounds are well-maintained, and the pools are fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the wide range of activities offered, and the spa services were a real treat. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout our stay. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. However, we did encounter some inconsistency, particularly when it came to dining and drinks. Some restaurants were fantastic, while others left us disappointed. There were also moments of unpredictably rude behavior from certain staff members, which stood out because most of the team were kind and attentive. These occasional moments of rudeness were jarring, but they didn’t overshadow the positives of the trip. In summary, despite a few hiccups, the resort offers a great experience overall, and we would consider returning. The beautiful beaches and enjoyable amenities make this a fantastic vacation spot."
