False advertisement of Venere and other problems
I Consider Venere to be a fraud. In my ski vacations, I ski 3 hours a day, and work the rest of time, for which I absolutely need a convenient access to the internet. Venere did not worn me there was no internet in the building, i was not stated on their advertisement, which is fraudulent. The internet was offered in a so called "club" several buildings away, and the "club" was actually a swimming pool. I had to walk back and forth several times a day to the pool and sit with my laptop undressed (too hot!) in the steamy atmosphere next to the swimming pool! Venere refused to give me a refund, so we could more elsewhere. Second, it was also incredible that the condo had several sofas but no table and no chairs at all, and the manager even refused to supply it. I was forced to sit and work (and eat) on uncomfortable high stools at the kitchen counter, straining my knees. Third, I complained that the upper door lock was impossible to turn with the key, and they never fixed it. Although the TV had a lot of channels, it had 2 news channels (which I don't want to watch).

Old condo but beautiful view
The owner of this place should update it if the want to rent it out. Couch so uncomfortable and ancient. This unit requires climbing 4 flights of stairs to get to it which isn't fun in the high altitude. There was a clubhouse with pool and spa but we didn't have time to use it.

the condo was in good condition however the website said it was walking distance to downtown frisco and it was no where near downtown frisco. also the website said there were indoor swimming pools and workout facility. There was only two small hot tubs outside, no indoor pools or workout room. After telling the property mgt company that we expected the location to be close to Frisco, she said that they need to update their website and they have had lots of complaints about the location. she didn't think it was a big deal but it is when you are paying for something that you expect and it is not. We were in a bottom unit which had a very loud water heater and noisy neighbors above us.
