"What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used...

"An amazing place. I read some of the negative reviews prior to booking and given the high standards that we were met with it hard to believe some of the comments. The room was finished to a high standard and was magnificently equipped. It’s right on the beach and the pool facilities looked great although we did not have time to use. "Spacious and extremely well furnished and equipped, this apartment has lovely views over the golf course and bay. The owner’s communications were timely, friendly and very helpful. His reception staff were lovely. One criticism would be that the duvets provided could do with replacement; and , perhaps, the rear doors with a repaint! "We enjoyed a lovely week at Virginie and Sylvain's house in St Lunaire. The swimming pool was a real bonus in the hot weather! The house is beautifully presented and is very well-equipped. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding area and plenty of amenities nearby. Virginie and Sylvain are excellent hosts. "The house owner is absolutely amazing. She provided a lot of useful information to me before I arrived and during my stay. Though I can not speak in French, it is very easy to communicate with the owner with google translate. She always smiles and this is the hospitality for. The house itself is brand new and clean. There is no difference between what I saw in the internet and reality. If I have a chance to go to Brittany again, I have no hesitation to stay here again."
