"Check-in Lady-Simone was sooo nice. Told us the group we were there to see was staying there too. She put us in a room that face the backside of the theatre. Very noisy room-revving motorcycles/cars and public bus terminal down the street. The tour bus was parked outside our room and ran all night long (what a waste of fuel). The heat and bathroom vent brought in cigarette smoke. 3 am on the 20th someone was smoking somewhere near our room or outside, just awful. The breakfast we had on the 19th was soso/ok. There was no sausage gravy & biscuits. The bacon was good and crisp. Best part of the stay was Simone and the view of the group's tour bus and them coming into he hotel. 2 elevators but only one was working. Never found the stairs near the elevators. The tub stopper didn't work so I couldn't take a bath after a long ride. The tub barely drained the shower water and was ankle deep by the time I was done. Needs grab bars in the bathtub area."

"Charlie was pleasant and not only helped on-site, but also gave a great hike recommendation. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the sauna. Breakfast was tasty and the outdoor space was peaceful. It was everything I was looking for in our stay. "
