"The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

"Enjoyed my stay here, was close to many shops and restaurants and easy to get around. Hotel was nice and clean and the room had everything I needed. The shower was a little hard to use as the fixture seemed to be worn, and had to constantly fight the curtain that swung into it while showering. Other than that small issue I would recommend staying here and would stay here again myself"

"We stayed for two nights over the new year to help our dog and newborn baby cope better with the fireworks -- Germany has crazy loud fireworks. We had one of the inner facing business rooms on the fifth floor.
