This home includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds with 2 full baths! Open concept living and dining area to enjoy visiting while cooking in a fully stocked kitchen! There are rocking chairs on the front patio to enjoy morning coffee! There are rocking chairs on the back patio with string lights to relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening! The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk from local shops and restaurants. Stephanie was an exceptional host. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. We planned a mini vacay weekend and rented 3 different homes for the 11 of us. This was the one where my husband and I stayed, and it was perfect. Stephanie thought of all the little extras to make it a relaxing place to stay. The house was spotless, and the street was very quiet. Our weekend included nice temps, and it was windy. Great for walking Main Street. We highly recommend this house for your Fredericksburg stay.

Well equipped home. Didnt travel with children or dogs, but this home is perfect for it with a fenced back yard. Very comfortable beds. All the kitchen items we needed. Loved the gas stove. Thank you for the snacks!!! We all enjoyed them. Highly recommend this home.

Whitney Cottage
We were in Fredericksburg for a family gathering. Our daughter and her two teenage sons and her partner came from NY. The cottage was perfect for the six of us. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The boys loved all of the treats and drinks that were provided.
