" The property was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, due to strong winds, there was a power outage around midnight. While I should have been asleep, I found myself awake and feeling anxious. I decided to call the front desk and ended up speaking with Jackie. I asked if there was any update on when the power might be restored, but understandably, there wasn’t any news yet. Throughout the call, Jackie was incredibly kind and patient. She calmly helped ease my anxiety, offering to bring me a flashlight and extra blankets. Her reassurance that everything would be okay was exactly what I needed in that moment. Thank you, Jackie! "
