The bed was comfortable, the room was cool and quiet, and breakfast was delicious. We really appreciated the fresh local fruit every morning. Our host, Minka, was friendly and gracious. Aside from the slight awkwardness of staying in what was clearly someone's bedroom (which was offered to us as it had air conditioning), it was a great experience."

"This was a great little getaway place. Fairly secluded, yet close enough to Harrison and the town of Agassiz. The host and hostess were very decent as well to make it even better. Highly recommended if you need a quick little get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the spot"

"I would recommend coming in from the West. The driveway is steep and comes off the road such that turning in from the other direction is scary. For a moment, I thought we would go over the steep embankment trying to do a multipoint turn. The room was small, but cozy, although the door did not seal well when closed. I never managed to get a shower, as the mixer would only provide all hot or all cold water. The river view is great. The breakfast was great, but you might want to bring margarine or...
