Great views and location
Extremely comfortable and well appointed unit. Very roomy with excellent views. Close to tubing, restaurants and Winter Park Resort. Only 15-20 minutes to Granby Ranch, which was a great place for the kids to learn to ski. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay for a long ski weekend. The condo was in a great location, had plenty of space and was very clean. Loved having all the board games and video games to entertain us after skiing. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for the family
Perfect location for my wife and 3 little kids. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Two things to note (both are listed in the description, but I still overlooked them): - There are train tracks right next to the unit. We had multiple trains come by, including one at night. - There is no air conditioning. This wasn't a huge issue as we slept with the windows open. However, with the windows open + the train coming by at night, it definitely woke us up. - This unit is on the second floor. If you don't pack light (like my family didn't), prepare for a solid workout getting your stuff in/out of the unit. Overall, this place was awesome, and we'd definitely stay here again.

Fraser Mountain Memories
We stayed at Cozens Pointe with our group of 6 adults and one infant and found Fraser Mountain Memories to be spacious, warm and inviting. The condo is an end unit so was private and quiet with beautiful views of the sunrise and the mountains. It is tastefully decorated and we loved the living areas, especially the living room with its comfortable seating and giant screen TV. The bedrooms and baths are spacious and allowed for plenty of separation for our group. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals with ample seating for dine in/take out. We found many great dining and drinking options in both Winter Park and Fraser a short drive or walk away from the condo. The skiing was excellent and only a short drive or lift from the condo. We loved our vacation and are so grateful to have found such a lovely place to spend time together with family.

Weekend Getaway
This condo is perfect for a family weekend in the mountains. There are family friendly games provided, smart televisions in all the bedrooms, plus a large TV in the living room with many movies provided, and a beautiful deck to sip your coffee and watch the sunrise. If you do decide to leave the comfort of the condo, there is near by fishing and walking trails. I cannot wait to stay here again!

We have rented many VRBO’s and were really surprised at the dirty kitchen, dirty dishes in dishwasher and general uncleanliness. We had to wait 2 days to get the garage door code!! Also, most rentals include instructions on how to operate TV’s, give restaurant ideas, etc. We spent most of our first day dealing with Xfinity cable company trying to get the TV to work!!!!

I could not have asked for a better stay than in this beautiful condo. The views from the bedrooms were majestic, and the accommodations were above any expectation. The kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal after a fun day of exploring, and we loved the large living space to relax. The location was close to the action in Fraser and Winter Park but also provided a quiet retreat to enjoy the mountain views at the end of the day. I will definitely stay here again!
