"We had a wonderful stay at the Last Word. Franklin, Conrad and the whole team couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome, at home and offered to help with all aspects of our trip plans. The hotel decor and facilities surpassed expectations. We had an amazing few nights sleep, the room felt very premium and the bathroom was incredible! Overall, we felt the hotel was worth far more than what we paid and can’t wait to return!"

"I cannot say enough great things about this hotel - simply amazing. The rooms are beautiful. The staff will go to any length to make you feel welcome and looked after. The grounds are beautifully kept, its central and the food/wine on site were incredible. Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and a MUST if you’re looking for accommodation in Franschhoek!"

"I rented the luxury penthouse and it was very nice. Felt like home. The area is very walkable with restaurants, grocery, and shops within a very short distance. I grabbed Starbucks everyday and sat on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I plan to return to this property again."

"We had an amazing time at Mont Rochelle, we didn't need to think or lift a finger. The staff were always on hand to assist and help plan things, including wine tastings, dinner / lunch and much much more. We will definitely be going back one day! "

"What a lovely place. We throughly enjoyed our stay - ideal location for getting the tram to a number of favourite vineyards. Everywhere in town is walking distance - perfect for leaving your car and enjoy the wines. An extra mention of praise is the staff, my fiancée left her glasses behind and they made the effort to return them safely by post."
