"I was able to check in early. The person who checked us in (Jenzelle - don't know if that's correct) was amazing, personable, and very helpful! She greeted us with a beautiful smile while handling a situation on the phone. Our room had just the right amount of amenities. Breakfast was hot and delicious and the attendant was very friendly. I loved the views from the rooftop! There was a guy there who said he was new and didn't know much. He should really try and familiarize himself with the property and his surroundings if he's going to work there. The hotel "store" could use a little more choices of food and drinks. Also, the cookies at the front desk were so good. Thanks! Definitely would stay here again!"

"We only stayed 10hrs in the room. We never heard the airplanes. The staff at check-in were friendly and competent, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again if I were traveling to Jacksonville."
