"The property was great for our group of 4. Kitchen was well equipped, although toaster needs replacement. Bathrooms had lots of towels and dove soap/shampoo/conditioner. A few things we could have used were scissors and kleenex. The shower drains do need a cleaning as they filled up while showering to cover our feet and drained very slow. We did have an issue with beeping on our last night. It was a water sensor telling us there was a leak under the sink. We weren't sure how to shut the sensor...

"Amazing condo right on the mountain. Comfortable living space and large enough dining room table to play games and eat as a family. Very clean. One downside of Jay Peak (and not of the condo) is that the food options are not great. The restaurants we went to were pretty mediocre (or worse) and there is no local supermarket. Would suggest you bring all your food up with you to cook in the condo. "

"Tom’s place was just as advertised. As others mentioned, some fixtures are a bit dated, but there have clearly been a number of updates made. The condo was clean, cozy, well stocked and ideally located for getting onto the slopes. Tom was also very quick to respond when we had a question."

"My family and I stayed at the this slope side condo on Jay Peak in early January. The owner, Bill was incredible at accommodating us a day early in order to avoid traveling in a snow storm. He had it cleaned and ready for us upon arrival. We found the condo very clean and well equipped. It had a great layout, comfortable beds and unbeatable location! The fireplace was amazing after a long day of skiing. We would not hesitate renting this condo again! "

"This condo was exactly as described. It was meticulously clean and well-located within the Jay Peak resort. It was family-friendly and comfortably appointed with items such as a pack-n-play and a high chair. The host, Danny, was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Highly recommend! "

"What a great weekend skiing at Jay! The condo was just great! It was extremely clean, beds were amazing, fireplace was pretty and provided tons of warmth and the location was perfect! Heather was very responsive to any questions we had and also filled the condo with everything one would need and more! We ski’ed in and out with ease. We hope to return and stay here again next year!!"
