"Beautiful location walking distance to citadelle and old town Besançon near breathtaking views and the gorgeous walking path along the river. The hotel had an eclectic and charming lobby/ lounge. Our room was on the ground floor of an annex type building. It was clean and simple. There is no air conditioning which was not a problem for us in early June but might be in mid summer. There is very limited parking on property and we had to find street parking which was not an easy feat - the staff...

"Unfortunately the Wi-Fi reception was very poor. The staff were professional, but not particularly warm or welcoming. The exception was the person who did the breakfast. She was very friendly and kind. "

Just down the lane there is a beautiful restaurant and not far is a lake to swim in. This is a great place to stay. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und sie als Ausgangangspznkt für Ausflüge nach Belfort,Montbeliard,den Ballonde Alsace und die nähere Umgebung genutzt. Besonders der kleine Garten der Feriebwohnung hat uns sehr gur gefallen und sehr zur Erholung beigetragen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht gut deutsch . Wir werden gerne im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen !"
