"At first i was dissappointed because i was unaware that orbitz put me in a room with someone that i did not know.. However the manager jose took care of that. My stay was great, i recommended it to family and friends. My only advice for orbitz is to let the customer know that its a shared home, and ask if they would be ok with that!! That wasn't disclosed to me during booking, i really didn't appreciate it.. Now i wont ever book using orbitz again."

"The resort itself is wonderful. It is very convenient as there are many stores and restaurants at a walkable distance. However, we stayed at a Villa and it was not so clean. Floors did not look mopped prior to our arrival. Mattresses were also horrible and I didn't sleep well. When calling the front desk for anything they either took hours, days or the items were never delivered."

"Very nice property with several pools and activities. The mini apartment where I stayed was the smallest type of room available here and it was perfect for two. It had a sofa bed but would be crowded if that was being used as a bed. The small kitchen was decently equipped and great to have. chose this location because I wanted to be guaranteed a patio or balcony and I loved being able to use that for a little work on my laptop in the fresh air. "Lovely property but beware of the Alligators just outside the property grounds. Lots of beautiful birds to be seen. I saw woodpecker, crane, stork, cormorant, vulture and others, all on the property grounds. I wish I had brought my binoculars."
