"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "

"The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. He gave a quick tour and showed us where the baby accessories were. He put the crib together in the room my daughter chose and was very nice. "The property is in a great location. There’s not much parking on the actual street, but the streets that run perpendicular have plenty of parking and are just a short walk. The unit was clean, but could use a deep clean behind the beds & furniture. The site says that there is a dryer, but you are not allowed to use the washer/dryer unless you are staying longer than seven days. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly.
