My experience was great. After a very long flight (New Zealand) I had to stay over in Dallas because of a missed connection. Chelese Smith (Front Office Manager) was very friendly and professional, both on the phone and in person. She is a credit to your organization.
It was a fairly good experience overall, except the fact when we first used the toilet, it would not flush. I went down to the front desk and the lady told me they didnt have maintenance there and we would have to use the lobby bathrooms. When i got back up to my room, the toilet had flooded the bathroom into the main room. I went back to tell the front desk and i told the guy this time and he said they did have maintenance, he didnt know why the lady would have told me that. We had to pack up and move rooms.
