ISLAND PRINCESS102 is where you and your family will begin a lifetime of memories. The magic of the emerald waters will captivate you. We have provided our guests with elegant and comfortable surroundings in the Tommy Bahama style, which will cause you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. It all begins once you enter our 2 bedroom/2 bath professionally decorated unit and continues as you walk out onto your private patio for entertaining with the beach just steps away.

Our 2 bedroom layout is ideal for families with children or for couples traveling together. The master suite which is on the gulf side, has top of the line king size bedding, a television with DVD/VCR combo and sliding doors that open onto your private beach patio with a pathway to the pool and the emerald waters. Connected to the bedroom is a large private bathroom with an extra large tub/shower unit, as well as a double vanity. The second bedroom also features top of the line queen size bedding, as well as a flat screen television with DVD player and access to the second bathroom, where you will find a tub/shower combo and single vanity. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room so the unit sleeps 6 comfortably.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open, which provides for a spacious roomy gathering place for the whole family. The living room also features a 27” Sony with DVD & VCR for those favorite television shows or watching late night movies. The view of the dunes from all these rooms is fantastic and you are literally steps from the beach! The kitchen is fairly large and well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal for 6. There is plenty of room for a one week supply of groceries and your favorite libations. We also have a washer and dryer in the unit, which you are free to use for your personal clothes or the linens we provide. Additionally, the location of our unit is such that you can literally park your car just outside the unit, so no more hauling your luggage or groceries up the stairs or into the elevator.

My unit #102 offers hassle free check-in and free seasonal beach service. Go from your home straight to your vacation unit and start enjoying the beach sooner.

IP102 has many amenities such as a GULF FRONT pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, a nice fitness center and FREE beach service (2 chairs plus umbrella) is included with each reservation….NO EXTRA COST! Just down the beach is the long public fishing pier and the Gulfarium where you can see all types of sea life. Adjacent to the pier is some shopping, restaurants, night life, and many more fun activities for the whole family. You cannot find a better location on Okaloosa Island for your vacation! Nice Relaxing Condo

This property was perfect for our family. The location on the ground level was perfect with a small court yard where my 3 kids could play. The gated pool area and beach access were very close. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. It had everything that we needed besides food. The owner is very friendly and responded quickly to my questions prior to the trip.

It was a great week! We loved being on the first floor especially having our grand daughters with us! It was convenient to the pool and beach! Having the two beach chairs and umbrella included in the stay was also nice! Mike the owner was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of at his place!

My husband and my daughter and her 2 girls and my son stayed in unit for a week. Nice place but brought in single mattress for one of girls. Location very good. They have everything you need including sand toys. Owner very helpful. Never know about weather at that time of year. We had 6 days of good weather.

Grand babies weekend trip
Very nice and clean, accurate online description of property. Very easy and close walk to the beach access. First floor made it great for having small kids with a ton of toys in tow. Only downside was the pool heater was not on yet. The kids really wanted to get in the pool.

Absolutely astonishing
We was right on the beach with the most beautiful views of the ocean, the water is perfect, clean white sandy beaches, well keep pool and hot tub, the condo was clean, neat and tidy. We absolutely loved it. Everything is in a short drive to and from the condo.

Lovin' Labor Day
The condo is decorated nicely with great cleanliness. There are great amenities inside the condo itself and on the grounds. Mike is great to work with-only had to call once and that was pre-check in. He'll give you great advice on restaurants (Hello, Magnolia Grill!!) and wants you to feel like you know the property before arriving. We really enjoyed his place and hope to stay again in the future!

Wonderful time
The Condo was nice and clean and right on the beach as advertised. The pool was close to the condo and heated. Just a couple of maintenance issues: the foot board of the master bed was coming apart and the glass slider doors need new rollers. I had a wonderful time and will rent from Mike again.

Little slice of paradise
Pick this place. They have thought of everything you could need. The beds are super comfortable and the location can't be beat. No direct view of the beach, but the ground floor unit is located next to parking and the pool and beach access is just out the patio.Even though its close to the pool its quite. Super family friendly and the owner Mike is just a text or phone call away. This is one of our favorite units and we come to this area every summer. You won't regret staying here. We will be back.

Nice place enjoyed the location and walk out since on bottom floor. However was shocked to find there was no hairdryer and difficult time figuring out cable system which we never got working properly. The travel insurance is a complete waste of money but you are forced to purchase by VRBO. Not as clean as it should be since we are living in Covid times. The comforters on beds needed washing. The blinds in the master bed room do not keep any morning sun out and are falling apart they are vertical blinds which do not provide privacy from people walking by from the pool area.
