"The unit was dirty on the floors and sticky, dirty counters. The bed was awful, it sank in the middle and was very old. It needs to be replaced. The light by the entry door did not work so hard to plug in entry code at night. Woll not go here again Caution if you decide to rent this unit. THANKS ! clearly needs to be replaced. "Everything was perfect!! Condo was completely updated furniture, flooring, kitchen, baths, washer dryer etc. The condo was maybe a minute walk to beach where they had a bar that had food also. La Lagniappe restaurant was also a minute walk located on the grounds and the food was awesome as always. I took advantage of the Water Taxi that picked me up and took me out each night anywhere I wanted to go on the Destin Harbor. Most places I stay in Destin you are either on the bay or on the beach. The listing threw me off, as it did list a washer/dryer or just washer amenity, and the pictures shown were not the same condo we stayed in. But overall, I would definitely book again and stay in Sandpiper Cove. Very quiet community, gated access to the beach, and guard access for visitors."

"Location was ideal. Everything was great. Only thing we had an issue with was on the day of chedk out, which is at 10am NOT 11am (not crazy about but whatever) check in later and check out earlier. Anyway, We had a loud police-like knock at 9:15am morning of checkout. Really? Is it necessary to start cleaning a room 45 minutes prior To check out? How rude. We felt extremely rushed and very uncomfortable. Not how we wanted to end the trip, on a Sunday morning at that with a ride to drive home in...
