We got a warm welcome from Sheila the innkeeper and our "check-in" felt more like arriving at a friend's house. The location is great--you can walk downtown or to the grocery store and there are a couple of restaurants really close by. A lot of attention has been paid to the guest experience and we had everything we needed. The room was very comfortable (nice bed, decent pillows, 2 armchairs, extra towels, etc). The only downside is that the house starts to feel (and sound) active starting around 7am ET, so if you want to sleep in I'd recommend booking one of the upstairs rooms.
