"We stayed here overnight between flights. The courtesy shuttle was super fast (call them when you have all your bags and they will be there within 5-10 minutes). The staff was excellent on check in and making sure everything was taken care of. The rooms were clean and did the job. Breakfast (starts at 7) was good and had many options. There is a Waffle House right next door that is open 24 hours. "

"A very comfortable place to stay. Evelvator is suprisingly fast too. Ejoyed my stay just wish there was a laundry room on the premise, but maybe thats not a normal thing to have for hotels so I will let it slide. Very good service and room cleanliness, never bothered by anyone, tons of privacy."

"This Property met the luxury and hospitality expectations. Unfortunately, downtown Charlotte has a bad homeless epidemic. In the bus stop right in front of the hotel driveway, there was a woman living in there, and literally taking bucket baths. We witnessed this all throughout the 3 days of our stay. It is an unfortunate humanitarian crisis, and for out of state visitors like us that are in the city to explore all it has to offer, it felt unpleasant. Other than that, the property felt safe inside. Also pool area won’t be opening until June 2025."

"It's a solid choice in the area, central to the majority of the downtown Charlotte destinations. Hotel itself is nice, clean and spacious rooms, solid service and there's a pretty good restaurant/bar on the lobby floor."
