"This property is completely misrepresented! First off you have to go through someone's gate and yard to access the boat behind their house. The dock and boat is completely surrounded by marsh, you can't see the water. I'm not even sure the boat is in water. The boat had dirt on it and a slightly rusty door, so it is not freshly remodeled. There were dead flies all over a countertop, so no cleaning before we came. We paid to stay for two days but did not stay at all. I was so mad, disgusted and...
