"Staying for work in the area. Room was clean, room had its own furnace, it was a bit noisy but no more then a normal furnace, the bed was good but mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, tv had lots of channels to choose from. Everything was in good working order."

"Shane the owner was a super nice guy. I went during a really slow time but as an owner operator you can see his pride show through everything he tries to help you with. My room was a lot bigger then I expected and only has a fridge and micro but Shane said he has kitchenettes but could easily add some amenities to help with workers staying for a couple weeks on end. Anyways great spot to stay. I paid $90 a night total but think Shane would give a better rate if you call him directly. I went...

"Not too much to choose from in the small town of Fort MacLeod. Red Coat Inn certainly seemed the better of choices. A bit dated and a tad rundown it was clean and convenient. Office were helpful and on-site parking was free. The Fort is well worth a visit."

"The hotel claimed they had no booking that I made via Expedia. So I was left with no alternative but to stay in vehicle the night before a 100 mile race. Definitely NOT ideal. Who to believe? Beyond disappointed! Definitely would always try and go directly to hotel to book."

"Yoka (the dog) is the greatest unexpected bellhop. She took time to show us around and walked us all the way to the door of the cabin to ensure we made it safely. She is so proficient at her job that she was actually quite comfortable coming on in and showing us around. The cabin is adorable, and the view is amazing but Yoka was the best amenity"
