Only a 10-minute stroll from the Old Town Square and Poudre River Trail, this quaint vacation home puts you in the heart of the city. Head downtown for a bite to eat or a little shopping, explore the Poudre River Trail system, or pack a picnic and enjoy an afternoon at the Poudre River Whitewater Park. KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. There is no dishwasher. 

BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level, one has a bathtub. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

Excellent location
Listing misrepresented outdoor spaces. Patio to small too use and front porch lacked chairs. Kitchen dishes, glasses and knives had not been washed. With the exception of the kitchen issues listed above the house was clean and well kept. The linens were clean and beds comfortable. The location was excellent.
