"Everything about the house is even better than the description and pictures show. The house and location are beautiful! There was plenty of room for our 14 adults and 3 children. Each room was decorated beautifully and the top floor, kitchen family rooms open concept was perfect. We did some fishing and our granddaughter caught a huge carp! We loved that there was a store close by for quick runs if needed. The weather didn't cooperate, but it didn't stop us. We couldn't have been happier!"

Our family spent a couple of days here before a funeral, and it was really nice to have that quality time together in such a beautiful and serene setting. "Nice older building, one thing to keep in mind there isn't any internet, phone service or TV. For us it was okay we utilize the blue ray for my grandson. For our needs the worked out fine since most of everything we had to do was in Newport for our daughters wedding. Pastor Ted is a very nice accommodating man."

"This property has everything you need for a comfortable vacation (or a place to stay for a wedding as we did). My son enjoyed fishing off the dock and I enjoyed watching from the covered deck. Ran out of time to use the kayaks unfortunately. Beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever been on away from home. Terry was great at responding to questions and requests quickly. She even brought an iron from her house for me to iron my wedding outfit. Highly recommend this location for...
