"Staff were helpful, kind and polite. Loved my beautiful room and view. The whiskey old fashioned at the bar was amazing, definitely hit them up in The Post Room. The people hanging around in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel aren’t the most safe but it was ok walking around. Convenient stores and delivery too."

"Great location and views of sunrise and sunset on the water and airplanes landing and taking off. Breakfast included was good selection each morning, gym was clean and front desk staff is courteous and friendly. Liked the shuttle to and from the airport and self parking was great. Only thing missing is a pool and hot tub but can't complain as it was already mentioned in the FAQ, overall great experience and location near the freeways and airport. "

"Overall a clean hotel. Chairs were a little worn but ok. Breakfast is included ( good for travelers with kids) and has good options. The staff was friendly and accommodating to special requests. Driving distance to major attractions in San Francisco was reasonable."

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The area feels safe, especially compared to other parts of San Francisco. However, it can get quite noisy at night—particularly if you’re staying in a city-view room. These rooms are more expensive and face the back of the hotel, overlooking the Hyatt. If you’re a light sleeper, be warned: the 4 a.m. garbage collections are loud enough to wake you up daily. Bring earplugs or choose a room away from the street if you value your sleep"
